Lambs grazed with our cattle improve the health of both animals. Grass-finished lamb is far lower in fat content and does not have the unpleasant odor often associated with cooking grain-fed lamb. Our lamb is available in late summer and sold by the half or whole (after butchering). Antibiotics and hormones are not used.
